Biography
Adil Qureshi, Ph.D., is a counseling psychologist with more than 20 years of experience across higher education, clinical practice, intercultural mental health, and applied research. He holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Southern California, an Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, an M.A. in Existential-Phenomenological Psychology from Duquesne University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Alberta.
Dr. Qureshi has taught extensively in universities and international academic programs, most recently with City University of Seattle’s Master of Counselling Virtual Program, IES Barcelona, Geneva Business School, Universidad La Salle, and Western Michigan University. His teaching spans systemic theory, cultural psychology, human development, organizational behavior, cross-cultural management, and trading psychology — integrating human performance with cultural and psychological insight.
In addition to his academic work, Dr. Qureshi maintains an active psychotherapy practice and provides training, supervision, and consultation for mental health professionals, social service organizations, and public health institutions. His work is recognized for bringing a culturally informed, humanistic, and socially responsive perspective to both clinical practice and education.
